Importing ZOOM hands from PS online apps

I've been using the android PS app and playing quite a bit of Zoom poker. I've tried to import the zoom hands as follows:
The import from email settings are correct and work fine.

1. Request hand history from PS
2. Start PT3
3. Manual import - import from email
4. Double-click the hand history email, and Ok

Almost all the zoom hands are skipped. Other hands are imported no problem.

If you copy and paste the text of the email into Notepad and save it and import the file manually do the hands import?

No. Nor do they import if I save the email as a text file. Is there an email address I can send a sample to?

Please send us the saved text file via our support system and we'll investigate for you.

Ah, so I found the problem.

It's not with the PT3 import tool, but with PS's HH request feature. It looks like they only send you the last 200 hands you've played, even if you request "all hands from last week".

My bad, probably should've examined the HH file first time out.
