PokerStars: Found 0 files to monitor.

Hi guys

Can somebody offer me some advice? For the first time ever I've loaded up PT3 and went to import from Stars to get an up to date look at my graph.

It said:

2012/07/30 18:44:01: PokerStars: Starting auto-import.
2012/07/30 18:44:01: PokerStars: Found 0 files to monitor.
2012/07/30 18:46:07: PokerStars Network: Stopping auto-import

I haven't changed any hand history directories, I am running both programs as administrator.

Move processed files to: C:\Program Files (x86)\PokerTracker 3\Processed\PokerStars (ticked)
Instant Hand History options: C:\Users\Dex\AppData\Local\PokerStars\HandHistory\ (save my hands history ticked)
PokerTracker3 Hand History Directory: C:\Users\Dex\AppData\Local\PokerStars\HandHistory\

Ahhhh, can anyone help?

Windows 7!

Have you been playing? Stars only writes new hands while you're playing, and PT3 (and PT4) only import them while Auto Import (or Get Hands While Playing in PT4) is running.

Are the hand history files being written as you play?
Are they in the folder that you have configured in PT3?

Check the PokerStars Configuration Guide to make sure you have everything set up correctly.

Loading hand history file: C:\Users\Dex\AppData\Local\PokerStars\HandHistory\AKASicLyfe\AKASicLyfe\HH20120811 Eurybates II Short, Fast - $0.25-$0.50 - USD No Limit Hold'em - 1 on 1.txt

This is what it said after I reconfigured everything. When I refreshed my graph, the hand history wasn't added to it.

Each time I reconfigure where to save my hand histories too, it seems to create a new directory, an extra folder with my Stars username. (AKASicLyfe)

So I then went into Pokerstars configuration from Pokertracker and under the hand history directory changed it back to where the Stars directory is now (what looks like) was saving the hand histories. It also says "Pokerstars is not configured to save hand histories to disk" even though the "Save hand history" box is ticket and configured to keep the last 30 days.

I also cannot open any of my hands in Hand Replayer as it is saying "The replayer was not able to load the hand history"

....???

OK, just to make sure you have PT4 configured correctly, it should be set to import from:
C:\Users\Dex\AppData\Local\PokerStars\HandHistory

As long as you have that configured and the hands are being imported then you don't need to worry about the "Pokerstars is not configured to save hand histories to disk" message - that just means that PT4 didn't detect the folder.

Does it say that hands are being imported as you play?
Is PokerStars set to save hand histories in English?

Please enable logging and restart PT3.
Play a few hands at a single table then attach the PokerTracker.log file to a Support Ticket along with the hand history file for the session so that we can see what is going on.
