Hello, ive inform everywhere before posting here, i have follow the guide for 8.3x reinstall Postgres and tryed it multiple time reinstalling doing
all the info step by step nothing working, please help i dont wanna have to reinstall PTR3 and loose all my info. And currently cant grind which affect me alot

This is what i get when try create a new 1, i dont really mind loosing my data just dont wanna reinstall PT3 and loose all my Hud setup and also lost my cd-key which dont wanna purchase PT3 again which is probably the 4th time buying it lifetime :P

That implies the most likely problem is that your firewall or antivirus software is blocking PostgreSQL from functioning properly - please see our guide to configuring said software, which is available here.
