PT imported only half of my tournaments

I've played like 70 SNG tournaments on WilliamHill, but PT imported only 30. Any idea, how i can fix it? Mayb it's cause i'm using the trial version?

The trial version shouldn't affect that.
Are you sure that you have hand history files for all of your tournaments?
Did you get any errors while importing?
Have you clicked Refresh since you finished importing? If you were importing while playing and looked at reports halfway through then you'll need to Refresh to see updated data.
