Merge Cash Game HUD issue

Postby KirkB » Sat Jul 07, 2012 2:02 pm

Hey Guys,

I updated to the latest beta 3.13.8.

I just started playing on RPM Poker (Merge) and the hud is working for tournaments great.

When I am playing cash the hud is recognizing the table as I see the HUD PT3 icon on the table at the top. However, no stats are coming up on any of my cash game tables even after I have played enough hands so that stats should show. I am playing 6-max NL and under Merge Configuration I have preferred seating 6 seat table set. Whats up?

Thank you!

Also, the hand replays are appearing on the table after hands are completed. However, still no stats.

Please check the FAQ: PT3 HUD for solutions to common issues and a link to how to report your problem for further investigation if it doesn't help. It could be that you have a filter enabled which is preventing the player stats appearing.

Solution:

Thank you for contacting PokerTracker Support. Please try to temporarily revert to the default HUD layout to see if doing so resolves your issue. To revert to the default HUD layout, browse to your "C:/Program Files/PokerTracker 3/Data" folder and rename the file called "Layouts.pt3" to something else. Now, start up PT3 and try to play on a single table again to see if that works out better for you. If it doesn't, please attach your new PokerTracker.log file to this ticket.

That isn't a "solution" - it's a way to narrow down the cause of your issue. Please follow up by replying to your ticket where we have all of your information.
