pokertracker3 not loading properly

I'm not able to load my pokertracker3 to where I can see it. The software is running in the task manager. Tried uninstall/re-install. Still same issue. plz help

Please restart PT3 using the Logging Enabled link, wait a few minutes and, if it doesn't load, report this problem and we'll look in what could be causing this behavior for you and we'll tell you what next to do in order to get things fixed and working properly.
