Error w/ PostgreSQL when install PT4 beta, cannot read file

Everytime I try to install PostgreSQL to use for poker tracker, it says cannot read file postgresql.conf at the end of the installation.

I tried opening poker tracker anyway afterwards, and it just says I cannot connect. I have tried redownloading and installing multiple times, but always with the same results. I googled it as well, but there the solutions seem very vague, and the ones i tried did anything for me.

Do you have Administrator access to the computer? Are you trying to install PostgreSQL in the normal default location?

Yes, I have administrator's access, and I am installing it in the program files folder in the C drive.

Do you have a PostgreSQL folder previously existing or is this your first time installing PostgreSQL on your machine?
