videos not working

Hi

I can't watch embedded videos in PT4. It tells me to install Adobe Flash, which I already have installed (I'm assuming it means the HTML player).

We mean the flash player - the one you can get here.

Hmmm.

I followed the link embedded in to original error message PT4 gave me. I installed the version of Flash that it linked to. No good.

I followed the link you posted above. Installed and verified the version of Flash. I still get the same error message when trying to run any videos.

Then please attach a PokerTracker4.log file to a support ticket for us - it contains computer settings plus it will show the exact error message and other potentially useful internal data.

You can find this file by clicking File --> Show User Data Folder in PT4 - the file we need is the text file called PokerTracker4 that is in that folder.
