hello i have a big probleme with my pt3 when i import my hands i get this message .2012/04/01 16:18:42: Unable to begin feeder import process. Reason: Unsupported database type: PokerTracker 3 Database () and also my hud doesnt appear on my table while i am playing thx a lot to let me know about this asap

If you click Database --> Database Management --> New, are you able to create a new database successfully?
