PT3 3.13.0 doesn't start

Hello,

i did a fresh install of PT 3 3.13.0 (Win 7 64bit). The setup wizard appears and after clicking the finish button, nothing happens. Task Manager shows high CPU usage for the PT-process.

After killing the process and restarting, the setup wizard appears again..

Click Start, type services and click on it when it appears. Can you find a PostgreSQL service in the list? Is it running? If not, can you start it?

Hello,

postgres is running. I opened pgadmin and saw that the PT3-database was created.

I let PT running for 4 hours now, i just see the PT-Logo after the setup wizard finished. CPU-load of the PT-process is still high.

Please reboot and run the installer again.
If you see the same thing, let it run for 15 minutes and then report your problem - the log file should let us see where it is getting stuck.
