EV calculations grossly wrong

I know its nothing new and of no surprise but itys worse than I initially thought.
For some reason the AllIn Equity sometimes come up with a blank in a hand (it doesnt matter if its a win or loss) allthough the hand whent to showdown and all cards are public. And this is over 200k hands.

According to PT3 my AllIn Equity was averaging 36.75 but after I deleted the hands where there was a blank my AllIn Equity was suddenly 48.52 (yes, I know, I call to many AllIn bets).

It might just be on the iPoker network where I play but check your hand histories if a hand comes up as a blank. I use the AllIn Report to check this.

If you could export a hand or two that cause this behavior and attach them to a support ticket for us, it would be easier for us to track this issue and keep you informed of our progress in the area.
