MAC OSX+WINAMAX(.fr) -> HUD problem

Hey guys, I recently changed my poker room ( I was on Pokerstars before) to WINAMAX. Unfortunately I've got some problem with the HUD, I'm playing CG 5max and I have only 3 or sometimes 4 HUD windows on the table ( for 5 players). There are always some HUD missing :(. I tried everything ( reinstall winamax, PT3, tried different versions of PT3, change the configurations...) but I can't find any solutions... If someone has any idea, it would be really helpfull.

What version of PT3 are you currently using? Is your cache status listed as 100%?

Thanks for trying to help me, I'm using PokerTracker v3.11.3 beta ( micro limit version). Sorry but I don't know what is my "cache status" ...

When you open PT3 there's a Cache Status bat at the bottom left - does it say that the cache is at 100%?

Yes it does,the cache is at 100%. Any other idea?

Not that would be quick to try, but if you could restart PT3 with the Logging Enabled link, reproduce and report this problem the log files would help us considerably in trying to figure out what's causing the HUD problems for you.

Same problem for me.

It was working correctly and for 3-4 hours the HUD of the right seat player is missing.

I just downloaded the last 3.11 version but there is still the problem.

However, my cache status: Holdem Tourney : 0% and Holdem: 0% but i don"t know what is it !

Click on Database then Housekeeping, run Vacuum, Analyze and Rebuild Cache and then after it finishes everything might work for you. Expect this to take some amount of time though depending on the size of your database.

Until we find a fix for this you should be able to work around it by providing defaults for the HUD positions and resetting any saved positions you have, like this:

Close PT3.
Edit the file: C:\Program Files (x86)\PokerTracker 3\Data\Config\PokerTracker.cfg
(You can use Notepad or any text editor - if you're using Vista or Windows 7 right-click Notepad and Run As Administrator so that you can save your changes.)

Find the section labelled:
[Site.Winamax]

If you don't see that you can add the line at the end of the file.

Paste in these lines just below [Site.Winamax]:

Run PT3 again.
In PT3 go to the Configure HUD Profiles window (from the menu choose Configure > Configure HUD).
Select the profile you use at your Winamax tables and make a copy of it by clicking the Options button and choosing Duplicate.
This will reset the positions to the defaults in the copy profile, and that will use the positions we just added to the config file.
If you want to adjust the positions you can change the values in the file - they are the x and y values for each seat in turn.

Open a Winamax table and when the HUD appears click the PT-icon and choose Change Profile. Select your new profile and when it updates use the same menu again to "Make current profile default for table type".

Do NOT click PT-icon > Save Layout at any of your Winamax tables or it will stop these defaults being used and could re-introduce the problem.
