unsupported database

Everything was working fine with the new beta version, than this morning, this error came:

2011/04/26 14:46:17: Unable to begin feeder import process. Reason: Unsupported database type: 1m road ()

I already had this problem before (not since I reinstalled correctly the PSQL 9.0) and you told me I had to restart the PSQL server but with 9.0 there is no restart/start/stop icon in the folder.

I work on a mac.

Try restarting PT3 then immediately running the Setup Wizard and see if things work for you normally after it finishes.

what's the support wizard?

Click File on the menu bar, then click Setup Wizard. Just click next through it and let it import any files you have in your hand history folder. It's there to help with setup of poker sites, and it also imports and moves all hands in your hand history folder so that the hand history folder isn't clogged. The error you're reporting most commonly occurs as a result of a clogged hand history folder.

I was having the "unsupported database" issue, with the HUD dissapearing.

I was running an older version of PT3 and also P-SQL. However I never had any issues or problems with it so far for thousands of cash and tourney hands. After wading through the similar database tickets I found this post from the modertor which cured my problem without having to create a new database! :D
