(Winamax.fr) problem with HUD

Hello,

With versions 3.09.1 and 3.09.2 the HUD only appears on 3 of 5 players.

No problem with version 3.09 everything works perfectly.

Y is there a solution?

This is the first I've heard of this particular issue.

Please restart PT3 using the Logging Enabled link on your Start menu, reproduce and report this problem and we'll investigate further for you.

Was this a 5 seat table?

Yes, I play on tables with 5 seats

We just tested and were not able to replicate this on our end. Could you please restart PT3 with the Logging Enabled link and reproduce and report this issue so that we can investigate further? Your logs will be instrumental in diagnosing exactly what is going wrong and causing this behavior for you.

Hello and thank you for your reply.

I sent a support ticket: # 104434
I'm asked to reinstall the software in English but the software winamax.fr adobe air has no option to install in English. I changed the language in the lobby and the lobby is now in English but I still do not have the HUD for all players, just 3 of the 5 players on a table with 5 players. I have this problem with versions 3.09.1 and 3.09.2 not with version 3.09 which works perfectly.

For now I go back to version 3.09.

This issue was fixed in v3.09.4 so please upgrade to our most recent beta.
