You emailed a support representative and got a very reasonable response , I am positive the response was well intentioned that matches that person's knowledge of the situation. But you should be aware that we work with the bwin.party developers when necessary, in this specific situation I can assure you they are aware of this issue and are investigating, they have acknowledged the problem and are looking into it. I can also assure you that we cannot solve this problem on our end alone, we cannot compensate for this error in part because it is intermittent and could occur on any line in the hand history. We are not privy to bwin.party's development priorities, this issue may be fixed in a short time frame, or it may take a long time to address.. we don't have any insight on their timeline. We will continue to speak with Party about this issue, in fact we plan to meet with them next month. Hopefully it will be fixed soon.
PS: Please be aware that this is an issue that affects Party's Mac OSX client only and therefore both PT3 and PT4 will have the same experience, the Party Poker / Bwin Windows client is not affected.
