same problem here with the last version of PT 3.11, only 7/9 players stats on the HUD

i opened/closed the chat window several time and one more player stats on the left of the table appeared ... 8 / 9 now ... i think the last one is "out" of the table, any idea to get it back ?

Try resetting to the default layout.
Close PT3 down and rename the file:
C:\Program Files (x86)\PokerTracker 3\Data\layouts.pt3
..to layouts.old, and then start PT3 again. Do you see the stats for all players now?

I have the exact same problem with the latest version of poker tracker 3, except that I'm on MAC OS.

Only 3 seats on 5 with an HUD configured previously under Windows Vista and that worked perfectly well. Here I have only 3 seats on 5. What can I do?

Have you tried resetting things to the default layout per WhiteRider's instructions?

The problem is that this solution is for windows, not the same on mac, and I can't find the right file.

On the mac that file is in ~/Library/Application Support/PokerTracker

I just tried and it's not working.

The default profile works but as soon as I put on of my own in this place, I just three seats instead of 5.
