Trying to setup my hud after lock poker and cake network merged to revolution gaming. Getting this when I start my hud and import. Unable to launch auto-import for site: Revolution Gaming Network. Reason: Revolution auto-importer needs to be configured.

You will need to set the hand history folder manually - please read the Revolution config guide.

I've never had a problem setting up Tracker in the past, but this Lock Revolution thing has got me stumped.
I can't change the folder or directory in the new Lock and I can't change it in Tracker to match where Lock is storing the hands.
The "Configure Hand Histories" instructions are apparently for the old Cake site, as they don't match the new LOCK layout exactly, but I am able to access the HH under options, the Save my Hand Histories is checked.
Under the Setup Wizard after checking Revolution and moving on to Step 2, it will not let me change the directory for the HH.
I get a "red X"Revolution Gaming Network Configuration:
Cake was unable to auto-detect Revolution Gaming Network settings. Please click here for instructions.
The "Add Directory" button is inoperable, so I can't tell Tracker where to look for the HH.

When I try Advanced Configuration, it tells me No revolution Gaming Network skins were detected on this computer, even though I've played at least 25 tournies since Lock's move.

I'm totally stumped, obviously I'm missing something, I've used your software on 6 different sites, and have never had a problem getting it squared away.

I don't have a Lock account personally so I can't see how to change the path there, but as long as you know where the hand history files are being written you can set PT3 to match that by going to Auto Import > Revolution Gaming Network Configuration and clicking Add, and selecting the folder Lock is using.

In the "Auto Import", after selecting "Revolution Gaming Network" from the site list on the left side, there should be a Revolution Gaming Network Configuration tap to the left of the Preferences Tab. there isn't.
When I check all the rest of the sites, including the hidden sites they all have their associated Configuration tabs, Revolution is the only one that's missing.
Without that tab, I can't change the path

That's really strange!

What resolution is your monitor? I guess it's possible if your screen is smaller than our minimum expected size that it wouldn't display correctly.

i got the exact same problem :( config tabs for every site exception revolution. My resolution is 1920x1080.

Please reboot your computer and then re-run the v3.13.7 Beta installer.
If you still don't see the Revolution Gaming Network Configuration tab please attach a screenshot of what you see to a Support Ticket so that we can investigate further.

I am having the same issue as the OP.

I am getting the error message “Unable to launch auto-import for site: Revolution Gaming Network. Reason: Revolution auto-importer needs to be configured.

I have Lock poker configured to save my hand histories to the directory:
c:\users\[my name]\AppData\Local\CPN\LOCKPOKER\Hand History which is the default directory

When I hit auto import the Revolution network is not checked. If I hit 'start site import' I get an error message (see below). I am running PT 3.13.11 beta

I can manually import files I guess (see below) but that does not make my hud work. I am pasting my import status screen below. Please advise and act like you are talking to a computer retard (that's me).

That sounds like you don't have the correct folder configured in Auto Import > Revolution Gaming Network.
Please follow the Revolution Config Guide to make sure you have everything set up correctly.
If it still won't auto import please report your problem so that we can check your config and see what is going on.
