888poker HUD and import problem

My HUD on 888poker isn't working, when I start the HUD, there appears nothing.
Also I've got a problem with importing the sng's, because the rake shown in my imported sng's is 10 times more than it should be. So if I play a $5,50 sng with $0.50 rake, it is $50 rake in pokertracker 3. The buy-ins and the winnings are okay...please help me.

No problem, I just wanted to make sure. Could you please attach one (or more) of the hand histories from these tournaments to a support ticket for me? That would help us figure out what is going wrong in the import process for you.

I understand that the second problem I described can't be fixed real fast, but isn't the HUD not showing up on 888poker not a common problem??
