Installing PT3 on new computer

1) I know this has been answered before, but I can't find it in the FAQs. It seems to me PT3 is allowed on 2 computers, is this still correct?
2) I seem to remember that I had to remove PT3 from my old computer before I installed PT3 on the new computer. Is this still correct?
3) I need to download the full version plus the Postgres database; where do I do this without having to "purchase" the product?

1) Yes.
2) It is better to uninstall from your old computer if possible, but if you can't do that it shouldn't matter, as long as you don't use it on the old computer again. If the old computer isn't working anymore it shouldn't cause you any problems.
3) There isn't a separate "full" installer anymore - PT3 will download and install PostgreSQL for you if necessary when you first run it.
