HEM supported play money. PT3 does not? Why is the software available in the US if not?

Play money is supported at PokerStars, Full Tilt and Cereus in the current Beta line - if you're not using v3.11.8 Beta please update.

There are also several real money sites available to US players which are supported by PT3.
