HUD won't pop up at all my tables

Only on some of them. How is this possible?

What version of PT3 are you using? What site is this at? Are there any obvious differences between the tables where it is popping up and the tables it isn't? Are all of your hands (even at the tables the HUD isn't appearing) being imported?
